Authentic 1963 base Oregon PAIR license plates in
**very good**
condition.
In Oregon you can actually register era correct plates on a vehicle as a Special Interest vehicle.  So plates "could" be registered on any 1961 to 1965 vehicles.  Sometimes the DMV wants correct stickers for the car, but if they don't they will give you a tab sticker that says Special Interest on it.
These plates are more than 3 years old and are for collectible purposes only and cannot be displayed on any vehicle.

Mint
Unused plate, or one having no visible marks of usage, in original condition. No rust, fading, or deterioration of any kind.
Excellent
May show bolt hole marks, very light scratches/scuff marks
Very good
May show minor discoloration, a few scratches. Very slight rust on edges acceptable. May not lay completely flat, (nothing major), light scratches and/or scuff marks, very small dents
Good
General slight rust, some fading or discoloration, but still acceptable for display. Small but inconspicuous holes or dents acceptable.
Fair
Moderate to severe fading or discoloration, damaged corners, torn bolt holes, light to moderate rust on numbers and background, heavy rust on edges and bolt holes. May have large nail holes or dents that cannot be easily repaired.
Poor
Normally a "filler" used until a better replacement can be found. May have complete rust, be painted over, and have large holes or missing portions
